Welcome to the B620-20 Training Course for Testers & Inspectors
Dynamic Industrial Solutions is a Transport Canada Registered Training Organization. All inspectors and Testers must have a valid Training Certificate before three years have elapsed from the date CSA B620-20 came into force (May 31, 2021).
Dynamic Industrial Solutions has developed and provided an online tester and inspector course, which are available for purchase at the cost of $200.00 CDN plus GST per course, or $300 CDN plus GST for both courses.. A Certificate of Training as required by CSA B620-20, will be issued to participants upon successful completion of the course(s).

The Inspector Course is made up of three modules. Each module is followed by an online open book test with no time limit. The candidate must score at least 80% on tests. Participants should also have the following Materials on hand while completing the courses:
- Current copy of the B620 standard
- Registered Facilities Quality Control Manual
Inspector Course Outline
Module 1 covers the following topics:
- Requirements to qualify as a Tank Inspector
- Overview of reference materials required to be available to Inspectors
- B620 Standard Issue Requirements and QC Manual
- Cargo Tank TC specification recognition
- Inspection and Testing Symbols explanation
Module 2 covers the following topics:
- Cargo tank inspection categories and intervals
- Definitions and Abbreviations
- Pre-test before commencing inspections
- External Visual Inspection
- Upper Coupler Inspection
- Internal Visual Inspection
- Wet Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Inspection
- Lining Inspection
Module 3 consists of more detailed descriptions of the various types of cargo tanks and identification of components that are specific to each cargo tank specification. Includes TC specification:

- NH3 Nurse Tanks
- TC 338
- TC 341
