This highly efficient Fluid heater has been completely tested in the Oilfield Heating Marketplace as well as numerous tests at our testing facility. The efficiency range is anywhere from 75% – 85% efficient depending fuel source, burner/tip size, how hard the unit is being pushed, and its external environmental conditions. The maximum flowrate through the coils is 3500 LPM/925 GPM. Temperature rise will vary depending on the throughput, however, at 2300 LPM/607 GPM this will give you approximately 100 degree Fahrenheit temperature rise.
